Return & Refund policy

We deal only with original products and serve as an importer to bring the original products at your doorstep, since we are not manufacturers we don't take any responsible for the ingredients of products.

It is the responsibility of the customers to read the online reviews on Google before buying from us, and make sure that your skin is not allergic to any of the ingredients in them.

We as a reseller assume no responsibility in case of an adverse skin condition resulting from the use of the products purchased from us Because we are not manufacturers

we stock artificial jewelry as well from shein, we donot guarantee for artificial jewelry if it changes color,if it gets dull because normally artificial jewelry gets effected with moisture, sweat or perfume.

We don't provide exchange or refund on false obligations that product is not original, we deal only with original products.

We Do not provide exchange or return on any product which does not come with seal by manufacturer,

Only the sealed products can be exchange or returned if they are in the same condition (SEALED) Complaints of damaged, leaked or bad product must be filed within 48 Hours of receiving your order

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food,  flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, lingerie, nighties)or jewelry  . We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We have a 2 days return policy if you have received any damaged or wrong products, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our replying time is 24-48 hours
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 Hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will refund the price you have paid for the products, however please read below further notes

If you have availed any discount during the purchases, we will only return the price you paid not the actual price of products

If you have paid any delivery cost , this will be only refundable if the products delivered to you has mistake from our side(damaged or wrong product sent from our side)

If there is no mistake from our side in your order and still you want to change the product, or just want to return it, we take returns of sealed items like which comes with seal from manufacturer and we don't refund the delivery charges .

If you want to change the product you need to send us the product, we will analyze it, if its in the same condition then we will refund the product cost.

If you cancelled the order or return the products to us, we process the refunds within 14 days from the day we received back the product,

Time period of refund credited to your account will be based on the payment method , we make refunds only via bank transfers
