Order Confirmation & Delivery

We have a policy not to reserve anything for anyone unless you had paid advance for the product,

We give a confirmation call when you place order, if the call is not picked, the order will be automatically cancelled in 24 hours. Please make sure you write the correct number and pickup the phone call to avoid cancellation.

The order assumes confirmed after the confirmation call and will be dispatched .

Once the order is dispatched, if customer still wants to cancel the order, he needs to pay off the delivery charges

Delivery time for main cities is within a week, however for other cities its 7-10 working days.

Since Our stock is in two cities that is Karachi & Lahore so it may happen that your parcel can be in 2 parts. However , the delivery charges are from 249 PKR to 489 PKR depends on the product and your location, it will be shown before you check out, whereas its free delivery on order above 10,000 PKR  which will automatically apply on your cart
